How we work

Development

➀ REQUEST

We receive an inquiry and clarify the demand so that we are able to fully meet the requirements to the client's full satisfaction.

According to our experience, we consider the best variants in cooperation with the customer. We choose suitable materials for the product.

➁ DEVELOPMENT

Based on data from the customer, we create a 3D model of our textile air ducts.

We do the needed airflow calculations and, if necessary, perform CFD simulations.

➂ PRICE QUOTATION

We prepare all drawings and complete documentation for a price offer and send the offer to the customer. If the product needs to be fine-tuned or changed, we send an updated offer.

➃ PROTOTYPE

We manufacture the prototype and test it on a real vehicle or mock-up to make sure of perfect functionality. If necessary, we make some adjustments.
